RICH BOY blew up huge with his first single release “Throw Some D’s” last spring, taking Hip Hop from the South to a whole new level. “That was the first rhyme I ever wrote and when I heard the beat, I remembered my old rhyme and it fit real good. See, it’s a fun song, but it’s got a message too....

“Where I’m from, you buy a Cadillac when you’re doing well financially. So, in the song, I’m saying’ ‘just bought a Cadillac’ which means I’m makin’ it. When you’re poor and you start doing better, the Cadillac tells people things are going good for you. The song is supposed to motivate you to be successful in life” Rich explained.
